The Response Centre was started sixteen years ago so that Business Managers and Human Resource Managers could have a single point where applications for vacancies could be handled without clogging up their email inbox.

The service has expanded to the point where businesses use the service to converse with candidates about job enquiries, respond to applications, undertake the selection process and communicate progress throughout the recruitment process.

At all times, applications remain within the company and are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We understand that applying for a vacancy is a commitment and we value that commitment.

You are dealing directly with the recruitment department of the company and not a recruitment agency.

We guarantee to respond in a timely manner to your applications. We will update you throughout the recruitment process and if you are unsuccessful we will notify you as soon as the position is filled.

You will no longer be waiting and wondering what happened to your application, or never hear back from companies despite the effort you put into the resume in applying for the vacancy.

Your resume will remain with the company that you applied to until the vacancy is filled. If you are unsuccessful you will be given the choice to have your resume put forward if another vacancy arises or to have it deleted from the company file; its’ your resume , your choice.
